AWANA

What is AWANA? Awana is an international, nondenominational, Bible-centered children's organization providing weekday clubs and programs for 3 year olds through 6th grade. The acronnym Awana comes from the first letters of the phrase "Approved workmen are not ashamed" (II Timothy 2:15).

Childrens

We love our children here at Fellowship First Baptist. We count it an honor and a blessing to teach God's Word to your children.

College Ministry

Under the direction of Gordon and Donna Miller, we have an exciting ministry for our college students. If your looking for a place to call home, give us a try.

Missions

From time to time we send groups out to fulfill what Jesus said in Matthew 28:18 "Go and make disciples of all nations and baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son , and the Holy Spirit". Here in this tab you can read about those trips.

Monday Ministries

Monday Ministries is a group of our Senior ladies that meet every Monday at 9 am. During this time they work on service projects such as: sleeping bags, quilts for the Missouri Baptist Children's Home, etc. 

Preschool

Our Mission Statement: to be a resource for families seeking to prepare their child spiritually, morally, academically, physically and socially. Through the preschool program the teacher and her aide can help the family lay a foundation for the child's love and obedience to future school teachers and especially the Lord.

Senior Saints

Our Senior Saints is a busy group of people. If you are 55 or older come join us. They meet monthly for potluck dinner and fellowship time together.

Sunday School

Sunday School (small groups) are a great way to learn about God's Word and enjoy fellowship with one another. Many friendships are built here that will last a lifetime. We offer classes for all ages.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do Monday nights at 6:45 p.m.

UPWARD Basketball

Upward Basketball and Upward Cheerleading offer a break from the norm. The primary focus of Upward is to develop the Winner in EVERY child, not just a few. By keeping this goal in mind, we are able to build a league that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in all who participate. Vacation Bible School

Every year we offer Vacation Bible School. It is for ages 4 years old through 8th grade. Our theme changes each year. Most importantly the children learn about Jesus. Thank you for sharing your children with us this week!

Worship

Here at Fellowship First Baptist we are passionate about the worship of our Lord. We believe that worship is not about us. Our belief is that worship is about God! We desire to be filled with the spirit and that it be evident in our worship to Him.

 The Rescue

The Rescue is a place where all students 7th to Senior high can come and learn about Jesus and what He did for us on the cross. It is a place where students can feel welcome and loved.  One of the greatest rescues in all the bible is found in John 19:30 where Jesus says: "It is finished" which translates that Jesus has beaten death and abolished the sin from our lives and all he asks in return is that we put our faith and trust in Him. WHen you come to the Rescue you will hear this theme in all the messages and you will be trained on how to accurately share your faith with your friends and family.
